This hotel suits me perfectly with top-notch amenities like 24-hour reception, free wi-fi, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff helped with my luggage, which made a great impression. I highly recommend it!

The hotel has an exceptional staff! They provided timely support and the rooms were impressively clean. Everything was helpful, making for a smooth experience.

Sadly, the building is undergoing renovations and the gym is closed! with dated amenities that feel out of place for a five-star establishment.

During my stay, I was thrilled with the spacious Junior King Suite and its beautiful bathroom. The concierge was exceptionally helpful, and every staff member treated me warmly. Breakfast with the friendly team set a delightful tone for each day. Just a heads-up, the hotel is undergoing some renovations, so keep that in mind.

Overall, a fantastic experience with lovely accommodations and courteous staff. The room was comfortable, and while there were minor hiccups, like a slow check-in, the dedicated service made up for it. Dining was excellent, though a mix-up with breakfast disrupted the flow. Would return.

The beds were so comfy. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! 🌥️ However, the noise from the street made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

The room was large and clean with a super comfy bed. Free WiFi was fast enough for streaming. The bathroom had great toiletries, and we got convenient tea/coffee options. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Spa had relaxing massage options. Plus, the location was near shopping and restaurants, which was a huge plus!

staying at sofitel was a delight! the check-in process was smooth, thanks to killian, and our room on the 17th floor was spacious with a stunning city view! the concierge, maxim, went above and beyond to help me plan fun activities for my girls. breakfast was delicious with friendly staff like chris, amy, and janelle.
